The innovative Powder Transfer System (PTS) offers numerous advantages over conventional systems particularly in the charging of pressure vessels. It provides an exceptionally reliable method to safely transfer and dispense powders, even products with difficult flow characteristics. It offers significant benefits in the prevention of explosions or hazards of flammability.
The Drum Containment System (DCS) offers the perfect solution for a contamination controlled evacuation of drums with two liners. A free-moving suction lance and an excellent view into the system allow to empty drums of various sizes almost residue free. Two gloves at the front side of the glove box enable the operator to work in the glove box when it is closed.
 
The Micro Powder Transfer System (MPTS) is a sampling device which conforms to GMP norms. Powder is taken directly from the equipment without any mechanical device and transferred to a remote area. The sample remains homogenous and representative. The system is especially designed to operate with toxic, radioactive or explosive powder due to its completely air-tight conception and the possibility to operate with protective gas.
 
With the PTS-Batchmixer it is easy to mix powders with different characteristics in a contained manner. This system is especially suited to the needs of pharmaceutical appplications where active substances have to be handled without any modification of their physical properties and where all risk of contamination has to be avoided.

 
The Lump Breaker Suction Lance developed by Dec, in combination with the PTS - Powder Transfer System, is the ideal solution for emptying drums containing lumpy or agglomerated powder.
