DCS - Construction

Le DCS est constitué d'une boîte à gants cylindrique transparente avec deux emplacements pour des gants. Un anneau en acier inoxydable avec un joint plat est monté sur la partie inférieure du DCS. Il assure l'étanchéité sur le fût à vider.

Une bague pour le maintien de la sache lors de la vidange est soudée sur l'anneau. Une canne d'aspiration est introduite en partie supérieure et est rattachée à la boîte à gants à l'aide d'une manchette flexible pour assurer l'étanchéité. L'ensemble est monté sur un châssis permettant de monter et descendre la boîte à gants au-dessus du fût à l’aide d’un vérin pneumatique.
